What is Stillness & Ember™?
Stillness & Ember™ is an Energetic Luxury™ House devoted to bringing moments of quiet, warmth,
and presence into modern life. We create refined candle experiences that help you slow down, reconnect,
and return to yourself.
What does “Energetic Luxury™” mean?
Energetic Luxury™ is our approach to design — where beauty, craftsmanship, atmosphere, and intention blend
to create a sense of stillness. It is not a claim of measurable effects; it is the experience of how a space
can feel when illuminated with care.
Who are the founders?
Stillness & Ember™ was founded by two people who believe deeply in the value of quiet presence and

Products & Ingredients
What are your candles made from?
Our candles use a premium coconut-soy wax blend, cotton wicks, and carefully selected fragrance compositions.
Each candle is hand-poured in small batches for precision and consistency.
Are your ingredients clean or non-toxic?
We choose vendors who follow IFRA safety standards and provide high-quality, responsibly sourced materials.
Our fragrances are designed for home use and follow industry guidelines for safety and compliance.
Are your products safe for sensitive individuals?
Some individuals may be sensitive to fragrance or botanicals. If you have known sensitivities, we recommend
reviewing our ingredient information and testing products in a small, ventilated space before extended use.
Candle Use & Safety
How do I burn my candle safely?
Always trim your wick to ¼ inch before lighting. Burn on a stable, heat-safe surface and never leave a burning
candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials. Do not burn for more than 4 hours
at a time.
What should I do if my candle tunnels?
Allow the candle to burn until the melt pool reaches the edges — this typically prevents tunneling. If tunneling
occurs, you may need to give the candle a slightly longer first burn.
Orders, Shipping & Returns
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated (such as pre-order items).
During holidays or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States, with international options coming in future phases.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted for unused items in original condition within
14 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and we will make it right.
Gifting
Can I send a candle as a gift?
Yes. You may ship directly to the recipient and include an optional message in your order notes.
Our soft-launch includes a limited Gift Kit option with a handwritten-style card.
Do you include pricing in gift shipments?
No. Gift shipments never include pricing information inside the package.

Do your products have specific energetic effects?
We do not make claims of measurable or scientific energetic effects.
Our collections are crafted to create atmosphere — a quiet, reflective space through scent, light, and design.
Any personal experience of stillness or presence is unique to the individual.

Quiet Presence™ describes the feeling of slowing down and returning to yourself.
It is experiential, not a promise of outcomes.
