Delivery dates may shift due to production, supply chain, or fulfillment delays.

6. Shipping

Once shipped, delivery is managed by the carrier.

Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products:

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.

  • Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Photo documentation may be required.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Scent preference

  • Burn inconsistency caused by improper wick trimming or usage

  • Customer error in order entry

8. Candle Safety

By purchasing our products, you agree to follow safety guidelines:

  • Never leave a candle unattended

  • Keep away from children and pets

  • Trim wick to ¼ inch before each burn

  • Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface

  • Do not burn longer than 4 hours at a time

We are not responsible for damage due to misuse.

  • You may cancel anytime unless stated otherwise

  • Access may be revoked for misuse or violation
