Processing Times
Each Stillness & Ember™ product is crafted, prepared, and packaged with intention.
Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing.
During peak collection releases or holidays, processing may extend to 5–7 business days.
Shipping Timeframes
We ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.
Transit times typically range as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
- Pre-Order Items: Ship on the specified release date
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after the label is created.
Address Changes
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at
info@stillnessandember.com.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the address.
Lost or Stalled Packages
If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days or marks your order as delivered but you did not receive it,
please email us. We will assist with a carrier investigation and resolution.
Replacement eligibility is determined case-by-case.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.
International Shipping
At this time, Stillness & Ember™ ships within the United States only.
International shipping will be added in a future expansion phase.
Pre-Order Policy
Pre-order items ship on the date listed on the product page.
Orders containing both pre-order items and in-stock items will ship together unless otherwise stated.
If you prefer separate shipments, please place two separate orders.
