Our Policy Overview
Stillness & Ember™ products are created with precision, intention, and quality in mind.
Because each item is produced in small, intentional batches, we are unable to accept returns on used items.
However, we are committed to ensuring your experience is exceptional.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns for unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Items must be unused and unlit
- Packaging must be intact
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons:
- Used or lit candles
- Opened self-care items (bath salts, palo santo, etc.)
- Gift cards
- Items purchased on final sale
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within
72 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–10 business days for processing depending on your bank.
Store Credit Option
If preferred, we offer store credit for eligible returns to be used on any future Stillness & Ember™ purchase.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
